Crank shafts

High density tungsten alloy crankshafts are commonly used as counterweights. High density tungsten alloys are known as 3 high (or 3H) alloys, which are high-density, high-strength, and high hardness alloys. Therefore, an important use of high density alloys is their widely used counterweight components.
We have 25 years of experience in producing and selling high density tungsten alloys, with a stable technical team, reliable quality, and timely delivery times. The company has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, and its products meet RoSH requirements. The production follows the standards of ASTM B777, AMS B7725, and AMS-T-21014. According to customer needs, we can also provide high-properties tungsten alloy products, such as tensile strength of 1200Mpa min, yield strength of 1100Mpa min, and elongation of 8% min. The hardness is 38HRC min, and impact energy is 90J Min.
