As an experienced manufacturer, our company can produce products with different tungsten contents, such as 90-97% W-Ni-Fe alloy, W-Ni-Cu alloy, W-Ni-Fe-Mo alloy, and W-Cu alloy (Copper-Tungsten alloy), with a variety of shapes, including rods, long bars, cylinders, thin sheets, plates, blocks, balls, rings, cube, as well as various drawings and customized products.
Tungsten alloy balls:
Tungsten ball or Sphere is our main products, we can produce and export around 30 tons each year, sizes are various, small one is dia1.8mm, and big one is Dia380mm.
For small ball, there are 4 different surface:
1) Rolling surface: The dia is small, surface is not roughness, tolerance is bigger, such as dia1.8mm rolling ball, size tolerance +/-0.25mm. Rolling surface suit for small dia.
2) Sintered surface: This tungsten alloy ball is not grind, surface is roughness, with small band.Tolerance usually +/-0.15 or +/-0.2mm according to different dia.
3) Grind surface: This tungsten alloy ball is grind surface, surface is smooth, surface 0.8-1.6um.
4) Big ball, the dia of this tungsten ball is bigger, max dia 380mm, surface is machined, not grinding.
Supply State:
Tungsten Alloy Ball -Sintered state: Meet ASTM B777 standard.
Tungsten Alloy Ball -Anneal: Higher Tensile strength and Yield strangth(over ASTM B777 standard)
Tungsten Alloy Ball -Vacuum: Higher than Anneal Tensile strength and Yield strangth.
Tungsten Alloy Ball-Special properties: With high properties, UTS 880Mpa min, YS: 710Mpa min, Elongation: 16%min, Hardness: 34HRC max.
Crush Test:
Sinter surface: 50% no crush.
Grinding surface: 30% No crush.
