High density, small volume and same weight, tungsten bucking bars rivets can greatly reduce vibration to the hand and recoil reflecting the impact back to the rivet shaft.  Repeated vibrations can cause wrist strain and fatigue.  As the regular steel bucking bars can not completely protect the riveter from the harmful effects, therefore tungsten bucking bars with its outstanding property twice as heavy as steel and more than 50% heavier than lead and absorption to the shock, allowing you to rivet more effectively for a longer period of time, making any riveting process much easier, offerring a good kinetic energy tran ansfer to expedite the rivet installation process, in this way the tungsten bucking bars can greatly reduce the vibration caused by driving rivets and eliminate damage to operators' hands.

While machining those Tungsten Bucking Bars Rivets, they are usually precisely polished for a decent and professional appreance with those rivet sets.  Kefeng's tungsten bucking bars are available in standard sizes and shapes customized or by clients drawings, Materials are varying from 90% to 97%WNiFe or WNiCu with Standars: ASTM B777, AMS 7725, AMS-T-21014.

Characteristics And Featues 


Kefeng Refractory tungsten bucking bars are ranging from 16.5-19.0 g/cm3 density WNiFe and WNiCu. The density of tungsten is two times higher than steel and 1.5 times higher than lead.   Although many other metals such as gold, platinum, and tantalum, have a comparable density to heavy tungsten alloy, they are either over expensive to obtain or exotic to the environment. Combined with the high machinability and high module elasticity, the density property makes the tungsten heavy alloy to be capable of being machined into a variety of density needed components in many industrial fields.  A good example for the tungsten counterweight and balancing weight which can be well installed in a very limited space, a counterweight made of both materials are the most preferred material to offset the gravity change caused by off-balance, vibration and swinging, the advantages of tungsten bucking bars:
